We need to see more of Silva in action before he's written him off, but he arrived with plenty of expectations.
Indeed, Frank Lampard was ready to give him the captain's armband despite the fact that he hasn't learned English yet.
“He’s not speaking the language enough to do it in that sense, but it doesn’t matter with someone like him. He delivers it with actions and presence and how he is with people around him," Lampard explained pre-match, per Metro.

Silva failed to control a simple pass which allowed Robinson to burst through and fire past Willy Caballero for his and West Brom's second goal of the match.
