Brazil demolished Bolivia 5-0 in their opening World Cup qualifier in Sao Paulo on Friday.Tite's side secured a convincing victory thanks to goals from Marquinhos, Roberto Firmino (2), Jose Carrasco (OG) and Philippe Coutinho.One player that would have been frustrated not to get on the scoresheet was Neymar.However, he was easily the best player on the park in his side's victory.The 27-year-old is one of the, if not the most exciting player in the world and he showed why that is the case with a ridiculous performance.
In the first-half, Neymar found himself in the corner with a Bolivia player quickly closing him down.But, in typical fashion, the Brazilian flicked the ball over his opponent's head before producing a perfectly weighted backheel to his overlapping teammate.
Who else would have even tried that in world football?!
Neymar also produced some ridiculous quick feet in the middle of the pitch during the second half.
The PSG winger found himself under pressure from two Bolivia players but somehow managed to get himself out of what looked like an impossible situation.
He then drove at goal before creating a chance for his teammate.
And Neymar produced another outrageous piece of skill to create his side a chance in the second half.
Neymar drove at goal, nutmegged a defender and then produced a pirouette to sit down the goalkeeper.
Unfortunately, the ball inadvertently struck his foot just as it looked like he would convert into an empty net and the chance was spurned.
Just imagine if he was able to finish that off. That would have been a Puskas Award contender for sure.
Neymar didn't get himself on the scoresheet, but he did get a reward for his efforts with two assists.

His stats from the game ended up being outrageous.
As well as his two assists, Neymar completed 18 dribbles (yes, 18!), as well as creating four chances and winning 21 ground duels.
