Joaquin Buckley produced quite possibly the greatest knockout in UFC history early this morning at Fight Island 5.'New Mansa' took on fellow American Impa Kasanganay at middleweight in the prelims of the show and ended up making himself the star of the event. After having his ankle caught by Kasanganay midway through the second round, Buckley administered a perfect spinning heel kick which landed square on his opponent's chin.Kasanganay was out cold before he hit the canvas and the manoeuvre from the winner has rightly gone viral across all social media platforms. The likes of Daniel Cormier, Francis Ngannou, Justin Gaethje and Israel Adesanya were quick to react to the historic knockout, Cormier labelling it the 'craziest' in UFC history.

It just gets better with every single replay! The chaotic scenes in the commentary box only adds to the pure theatre of the moment.

Now, it's tough to improve upon the original footage, but there is a way and that's by showing a close-up view of the knockout in super slow motion.

The kind folks over on BT Sport have done just that and you can watch their brilliant video below.

If there was a museum for combat sport videos, that footage would be the main attraction and it's feasible that we may never see a better knockout in any form of mixed martial arts.

Buckley's record in the sport now stands at 11-3 overall and his victory over Kasanganay was New Mansa's first in the UFC.

The 26-year-old lost his first bout under the company's name back in August against Kevin Holland by way of knockout in the third round.

But that's all in the past now and even if Buckley's career fails to take off from here, he'll always be a legend in the eyes of fight fans.
