Brazilian starlet Neymar looks closer than ever to moving to Chelsea, after super agent Enzo Bronzetti claimed no Italian side could afford the youngster’s services.

"We talk about a player worth €30 million and up. Neymar will go to Spain or England," Bronzetti said, according to Yahoo Sport.

Neymar has reportedly been fielding offers from numerous European clubs ever since he starred for Brazil against Scotland in an international friendly earlier this year.

Neymar scored twice in the 2-0 win for Brazil, and while numerous clubs have shown interest since, Chelsea are widely believed to be the front runner for the 19-year-old’s signature.

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has been cool on a move for Neymar, telling reporters recently: "He's very young, a fantastic talent.

"At this moment, we're not interested."

But Chelsea owner Roman Ibramovic is reportedly desperate to sign the wonderkid, even if he goes over Ancelotti's head.

Neymar, who has been compared to the legendary Pele because of his roots in Santos, is not for sale, according to Santos president Luis Alvaro Ribeiro de Oliveira, but Ibramovic is reportedly still considering making an offer for the youngster.
