The Premier League is home to the vast majority of the world's most valuable footballers.
Five of the eight players worth over £100m in the present day hail from the English top-flight and it means that the best squads within the division are worth an eye-watering amount of money.
Unsurprisingly, the Premier League's established 'top six' posses the most expensive squads, but how much do the sextet differ from one another?
Well, by quite a lot, so much so that the sixth most valuable XI in English football's most prestigious group is worth less than half of the top dog's.
That's after Transfermarkt published their new market values for Premier League players yesterday, so let's find out which member of the top six has the most valuable XI following the latest update...
Arsenal
GK: Bernd Leno (£28.80m)
RB: Hector Bellerin (£28.80m)
CB: William Saliba (£20.25m)
CB: Gabriel Magalhaes (£25.20m)
LB: Kieran Tierney (£28.80m)
RM: Nicolas Pepe (£36m)
CM: Thomas Partey (£45m)
CM: Dani Ceballos (£28.80m)
LM: Bukayo Saka (£36m)
ST: Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£45m)
ST: Alexandre Lacazette (£37.80m)
Total value: £360.45m
Summer signings Gabriel and Partey slot straight into Arsenal's most expensive XI, Granit Xhaka (£25.20m), Gabriel Martinelli (£22.50m) and Eddie Nketiah (£18m) the most valuable players to miss out.
Tottenham
GK: Hugo Lloris (£10.80m)
RB: Matt Doherty (£18m)
CB: Davinson Sanchez (£40.50m)
CB: Eric Dier (£19.80m)
LB: Sergio Reguilon (£25.20m)
CM: Tanguy Ndombele (£36m)
CM: Giovani Lo Celso (£31.50m)
RM: Steven Bergwijn (£25.20m)
CAM: Dele Alli (£46.80m)
LM: Heung-min Son (£67.50m)
ST: Harry Kane (£108m)
Total value: £429.30m
Spurs sit comfortably ahead of their north London rivals. Gareth Bale (£22.5m) is the standout name absent from the XI, fellow summer arrival Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (£22.5m) also fails to make the grade.
Chelsea
GK: Edouard Mendy (£18m)
RB: Reece James (£27m)
CB: Antonio Rudiger (£27m)
CB: Kurt Zouma (£27m)
LB: Ben Chilwell (£45m)
CM: Jorginho (£45m)
CM: N’Golo Kante (£63m)
RM: Mason Mount (£40.50m)
CAM: Kai Havertz (£72.90m)
LM: Christian Pulisic (£54m)
ST: Timo Werner (£63m)
Total value: £482.40m
Chelsea's summer of lavish spending has not been enough to propel them into the top three here. Mateo Kovacic (£40.50m) and Hakim Ziyech (£36m) have bizarrely been valued lower than Jorginho and Mount.
Manchester United
GK: David de Gea (£31.50m)
RB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka (£36m)
CB: Harry Maguire (£45m)
CB: Victor Lindelof (£21.60m)
LB: Alex Telles (£36m)
CM: Paul Pogba (£72m)
CM: Donny van de Beek (£39.60m)
RM: Mason Greenwood (£45m)
CAM: Bruno Fernandes (£72m)
LM: Marcus Rashford (£72m)
ST: Anthony Martial (£54m)
Total value: £524.70m
Telles and Van de Beek jump straight into United's most valuable XI, while Fernandes, Greenwood and Martial have all seen their values rise after impressive 2019/20 campaigns. Unsurprisingly, De Gea, Maguire and Lindelof's worths have gone in the opposite direction.
Manchester City
GK: Ederson (£50.40m)
RB: Kyle Walker (£36m)
CB: Aymeric Laporte (£54m)
CB: Ruben Dias (£45m)
LB: Nathan Ake (£36m)
CM: Rodri (£57.60m)
CM: Phil Foden (£54m)
RM: Bernardo Silva (£72m)
CAM: Kevin De Bruyne (£108m)
LM: Raheem Sterling (£115.20m)
ST: Gabriel Jesus (£54m)
Total value: £682.20m
City may have the most valuable player in the Premier League in Sterling, but they have to make do with a silver medal in the valuation race. But Pep Guardiola's squad is so flush with world-class talent that Riyad Mahrez (£43.20m), Ferran Torres (£40.50m) and Sergio Aguero (£37.80m) all fail to make the cut.
Liverpool
GK: Alisson Becker (£72m)
RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold (£99m)
CB: Virgil van Dijk (£72m)
CB: Joe Gomez (£36m)
LB: Andrew Robertson (£67.50m)
CDM: Fabinho (£54m)
CM: Thiago Alcantara (£43.20m)
CM: Naby Keita (£36m)
RW: Mohamed Salah (£108m)
ST: Roberto Firmino (£64.80m)
LW: Sadio Mane (£108m)
Total value: £760.50m
It's of no surprise to anyone that Jurgen Klopp's boys sit at the top by a sizeable distance. Amazingly, the Reds' first-choice back five is worth just £15m less than Arsenal's most valuable XI. Liverpool's team as a whole is worth over double that of the Gunners' and that's without Gini Wijnaldum (£36m) and Diogo Jota (£36m).
