Tottenham 3-3 West Ham: Manuel Lanzini scores sensational late equaliser

What. A. Goal!

Manuel Lanzini scored one of the greatest goals in West Ham's Premier League history today.

The Argentine grabbed a dramatic injury-time equaliser at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, his outrageous long-range effort levelling the score at 3-3.

David Moyes' side were 3-0 down at half-time thanks to goals from Heung-min Son and Harry Kane (x2), but they pegged the score back to 3-2 in the final 10 minutes of normal time.

Fabian Balbuena grabbed the first for the visitors on 82 minutes, before Davinson Sanchez fired into his own net three minutes later.

It then looked as if the Hammers would still be going home empty-handed, until Lanzini struck in the most spectacular fashion in the 94th-minute of the match.

Lanzini celebrates

You can watch the midfielder's wonder goal below and we may not see a more dramatic strike in the 2020/21 Premier League season.

Unbelievable scenes in north London.

What makes the whole situation worse for both Tottenham and the club's fans is the fact that Gareth Bale should have made it 4-2 shortly before Lanzini's equaliser.

The Welshman made his second debut for the Lilywhites and looked a shoe-in to find the back of the net after a mazy dribble into the box, but the former Real Madrid man fired his shot wide.

Jose Mourinho will be absolutely fuming, the quality work by his two superstar forwards - Kane and Son - undone by some woeful defending and wayward finishing late on.

Bale on his second Spurs debut

Spurs are going to score PLENTY of goals this season, but their ineptitude at the back means teams will always fancy their chances against Mourinho's men.
