Liverpool are undoubtedly one of the very biggest clubs in world football.
The Reds have risen to the top table of both European and English football once again in recent years and are the reigning Premier League champions.
Last season, they were the reigning European champions, before that shocking loss to Atletico Madrid at Anfield before the world turned upside down and football was suspended.
In the summer, they flexed their muscles in the transfer market, bringing in Thiago Alcantara from Bayern Munich, one of the very best players in world football. Diogo Jota also arrived in a big-money move from Wolves, while Konstantinos Tsimikas came in from Olympiacos.
And it seems that players are now casting envious eyes at the club, hoping to eventually end up as a first-team player under the management of Jurgen Klopp.
The latest to express his interest is current Philadelphia Union player Brenden Aaronson, who already has a transfer pending.
Sky Sports interviewed the United States international and he revealed that he supports the Reds, and dreams of eventually playing for the club.
Aaronson is just 20 and has recently sealed a move to RB Salzburg, whom he will join after the end of the MLS season in January.
He is primarily an attacking midfielder but he can also play in the centre, and has made 52 appearances for Philadelphia, scoring seven goals and registering five assists; he won his first cap for the US in February against Costa Rica in a 1-0 win.
He said: "My dad introduced me to the game at a young age as he played college football in America.
“He also put me in front of a TV and I watched Liverpool ever since.
"As long as I can remember I've been a Liverpool fan. I have Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres posters in my room, those two were the ones I looked up to. I have Liverpool winning the Champions League above my bed too.
"When they won the title last year, that was a crazy moment for me. Going back to the Gerrard slip… it was tough but to see them absolutely dominate the Premier League, it was insane and I was so happy on the inside."
He added: "I think the Premier League is the dream league for me. It's unbelievable and it keeps going upwards.
"The players keep getting better and better and for me, it's for sure a dream league and something I would like to be a part of for any team over there really!"

Aaronson has yet to prove his worth in Europe but this again shows the pulling power of the Reds.
The young talent clearly idolises the club and is dreaming of eventually finding his way into the English top-flight.
One has to say that Liverpool aren’t short of attacking options, nor midfield options, but the young American has more than enough time to make an impression.
He is apparently known as the American Kai Havertz, after the maestro who made the move from Bayer Leverkusen to Chelsea in the summer.
If he can follow in his footsteps, he could well be playing at Anfield eventually.
