If you managed to catch Manchester United's draw with Chelsea on Sunday evening, you've probably forgotten most of it by now. A drab encounter at Old Trafford ended goalless as both sides settled for a clean sheet over any real attempt to create chances. Marcus Rashford tested Edouard Mendy on a couple of occasions, while the visitors will feel they were denied a clear penalty when Harry Maguire hauled Cesar Azpilicueta down inside the box. But on the whole, it wasn't a classic. Both Chelsea and United were guilty of negative tactics, with Frank Lampard changing to a more defensive formation and leaving out Mason Mount. It was worth sticking with Sky Sports anyway, though, as while there were no fireworks on the pitch, there were plenty in the studio. Patrice Evra and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink butted heads on plenty of occasions. Hasselbaink insisted Chelsea should be happy with a point and that the end justified the means.Evra disagreed, with the former United left-back insisting two clubs of such calibre shouldn't have been playing "with fear". "People were scared to pass the ball today. It's not about goals, I didn't want United to win 3, 4-0 today," Evra added. In another debate, he demanded: "So now you're telling me United are scared playing at home?!" Hasselbaink, as you'd expect, was a lot more composed and with his Chelsea hat on, defended the Blues' own subdued performance."You can't expect Chelsea to go to Old Trafford and be open...That was always going to happen." Here are some of the best bits:

It was indeed disappointing to see these two sides settling for such mediocrity.

From Frank Lampard's point of view, he will be delighted to have witnessed a third clean sheet in four games.

The Blues' defence has received pelters and yet if their plan was to stifle United, it worked to good effect - albeit Chelsea ought to have higher ambitions following a summer in which they spent over £200 million.

At least it wasn't a totally wasted evening thanks to Evra and Hasselbaink.
