WWE legend Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson busted himself open during a workout on Monday.
The pro-wrestler turned Hollywood superstar took to Instagram to show off his wound after cutting the side of his face with a chain while pumping iron.
Sounds brutal, doesn't it?
But Rock saw the funny side, admitting that injury is often one of the dangers he faces while exercising in the 'iron paradise'.
"Sometimes, well often times, things get intense here in the iron paradise," he said in an Instagram Live.
"But we ain't playing tiddlywinks and we ain't reciting nursery rhymes. You get lumped up every once in a while and things happen.
"That's good, real good," he concluded, before tasting his own blood.
In the caption for the video, Rock also confirmed that he'll need stitches on his face - but finished his workout before getting them.
"Threw around my 50lb chains for a drop set - I got lumped up and need stitches," the Hollywood superstar wrote.
"Taste your blood, keep training and stitch up later - rules of the house. I can confirm my blood tastes like Teremana, calluses and BlaMoan (black and samoan) Hot Sauce!
"Have a productive week, my friends - keep it light and a lil' fun, but get after it like a MF."
Rock really is putting us all to shame with his incredible work ethic.
He's continued to keep his body in peak condition, even long after he stepped away from the WWE ring.
Fans are desperate to see him return to the squared circle one day and there are rumours circulating that suggest he could face off against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 37 in 2021.
That match would be absolutely massive. It would be the biggest seen in WWE for decades. Perhaps all this training is leading to The Rock's return at WrestleMania? We can only dream...
