The less said about this crazy Premier League season the better. Yeah, it's exciting and all that but it's not doing much for our Fantasy Premier League teams, is it?
Last week, almost all of the most selected players in the game blanked with just Heung-min Son delivering a goal in Tottenham's 1-0 win at Burnley.
Instead, GW6 saw Patrick Bamford fire in a hat-trick and Wilfried Zaha score and assist, with both players going into the gameweek with less than 25% ownership amongst FPL managers - if you had either of them, or even both, last week, you'd have done better than most.
But surely this cannot continue and we can begin to expect the usual big hitters delivering again in GW7? Let's really hope so!
But while we all sit here with our fingers crossed, it's time to consider who to give the armband to before Friday's 18:30pm deadline.
Here are our top five captain picks for GW7...
Jamie Vardy - £10.0m
All six of Jamie Vardy's Premier League goals this season have come away from the King Power Stadium and this weekend Leicester visit Leeds United on Monday night.
Despite their impressive start to life back in the top-flight, Leeds' defence has been pretty open having conceded nine goals from their opening six fixtures, and Brendan Rodgers' side will cause them a lot of problems on the counter-attack with Vardy's pace.
The 33-year-old came off the bench to score the winner in the Foxes' 1-0 win at Arsenal last weekend and you wouldn't bet against him continuing his impressive form away from home here.
Marcus Rashford - £9.5m
Impressive both on and off the pitch recently, Marcus Rashford continues to make headlines for all the right reasons.
If he's not fighting the government in his attempts to get free school meals for children across the country during the holidays, he's scoring a hat-trick against RB Leipzig in the Champions League.
The England international really is the man of the moment and with all the positivity and confidence surrounding him at present, it's hard not to see him building on his form this weekend against a shaky Arsenal defence.
The Gunners have struggled at both ends of the pitch, having scored eight and conceded seven from their opening six games, while Man United will take lots of confidence from their rampant 5-0 victory in the Champions League earlier this week.
Rashford has two goals and two assists in the Premier League so far this term and with his first United hat-trick under his belt, he'll no doubt be looking to build on that this weekend.
Kevin De Bruyne - £11.5m
Kevin De Bruyne hasn't scored or assisted in the Premier League since the opening weekend of the season when he did both in a 3-1 win away at Wolves.
But having missed the 1-0 win over Arsenal through injury and only making a substitute's appearance in the 1-1 draw at West Ham last weekend, the Belgium international returned to the starting line-up in the Champions League earlier this week and provided two assists.
City travel to Sheffield United this week, who are yet to register a win this season after their opening six games. Such a difficult task awaits them this weekend, despite City's clear struggles for consistent form in the league.
De Bruyne will no doubt be at the centre of any attacking returns for Pep Guardiola's side on Saturday, especially if his performance in the Champions League is evidence that he's back to his most creative best.
Timo Werner - £9.3m
You could be forgiven for giving up on Timo Werner if you had him in your team from the very start of the season after the German only managed to register a single assist in his opening four league appearances in a Chelsea shirt.
But it appears the striker has begun to find his feet under Frank Lampard, after scoring two and assisting the other in the Blues' 3-3 draw with Southampton and then netting in Chelsea's 4-0 win over Krasnodar.
Chelsea travel to Burnley this weekend, with the Clarets only managing the one clean sheet from their first five games of the season.
Heung-min Son - £9.5m
Do I really need to explain why Son should be in your thinking for the armband this weekend?
The South Korea international has registered double FPL points in four of the six gameweeks so far this season, netting eight goals and registering two assists in the process.
Spurs host Brighton this weekend, who have the third-worst defence in the Premier League right now having conceded 12 goals already.
If Son and Harry Kane's unstoppable partnership continues this weekend, Son will be in amongst the FPL points for sure. It's not even up for debate.
