Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been quietly silencing his critics of late.
After an indifferent start to the 2020/21 season, the Norwegian's Manchester United side appear to have found some form - especially in the Champions League.
The Red Devils followed up last week's 2-1 away at Paris Saint-Germain with a 5-0 demolition of RB Leipzig on Wednesday, Marcus Rashford grabbing a hat-trick after coming on as a substitute.
That game was Solskjaer's 99th as United manager, meaning that the 47-year-old will rack up a century this weekend at home against bitter rivals Arsenal in the Premier League.
Time flies, doesn't it? It only feels like last week when the former Molde boss was ushered in as caretaker manager after Jose Mourinho was given the boot.
So with Solskjaer approaching the magic 100 at United, it's time to look at how successful he has been in the job and the best measurement of that is his win percentage.
At the time of writing, the Norwegian has won 55 of his 99 games in charge, drawn 21 and lost 23, a win percentage of 56%, per The Sun.
Most successful Man Utd managers after 100 games
7. Sir Alex Ferguson | 48%
6. Ron Atkinson | 51%
=4. Sir Matt Busby | 52%
=4. Louis van Gaal | 52%
3. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer | 56%
2. Jose Mourinho | 62%
1. Ernest Mangnall | 64%
Solskjaer takes third spot, but no other manager in the top seven has lost more times over 100 games - Van Gaal is level with him on 23 defeats.
However, the current United boss has done pretty well overall and maybe it's time we recognised that his managerial talents are befitting of such a high-profile job.
After all, the guy tactically outclassed both Thomas Tuchel and Julian Nagelsmann in the space of eight days.
