Eddie Hearn has branded former heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder ‘ridiculous’ after he accused the Tyson Fury of cheating in both of their iconic heavyweight fights.Hearn has spoken out about the issue after Wilder on Saturday night posted a video via social media outlining a tirade of accusations of wrongdoings against fellow heavyweight Tyson Fury throughout their two-fight rivalry. One specific allegation was that Fury had had his gloves adjusted for their fights in 2018 and February of this year. This was on top of the accusation of Fury supposedly having ‘egg weights’ in his gloves, giving the 6-foot 9-inch heavyweight an unfair advantage and ultimately affecting the outcome of the fight.Despite both Fury and his team consistently denying any wrongdoing, Wilder is insistent that Fury had somehow cheated against him.Hearn – who promotes fellow heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua stated that:"It's getting worse and worse' for the former WBC heavyweight champion.

It's ridiculous. Listen, park him to the side, let the big boys, the real men go at it.

"Unless you've got any real substance then be quiet, go back to the drawing board, work harder, let the hunger burn to become champion again.

"It's gone from the costume, to now he's been found out about AJ, to now something about the gloves. It's getting worse and worse."

Hearn has had dealings with Wilder in the past too, with Hearn at one stage trying to create a unification bout between AJ and Wilder, however, was always met with brick walls; at one-point, Wilder accused AJ of ‘ducking him’, to which both AJ and Hearn have always played down.

In attempts to get Fury to accept a trilogy fight, Wilder tweeted:

"When that fight was a draw, I told you that I would give you a rematch.

"You know I was offered more money to fight Joshua than I was getting to fight you. Again, being a man of my word, I fought you like I said I would."

Hearn hit back with:

"I thought AJ ducked you?"

"[We got] loads of criticism and it hurt because I knew how much we wanted to make that fight and I knew they were playing games,' Hearn told the YouTube channel.

"AJ has always pushed me to make the undisputed fight and you've just seen it unfold in one tweet. To be quite honest it's sweet as a nut."

2020 has been tough, yes. However, Wilder is having a nightmare.
