Neil Kilkenny has indicated he would like to stay at Leeds, despite suggestions from Ken Bates that the midfielder was set to leave the club.

The Australian, along with Bradley Johnson, rejected the offer of a new contract last year, leaving his Whites future in doubt.

But Kilkenny said on his Twitter account: "I've seen all your messages of support and it means so much, of course I want to stay but depends on if the club want me."
