WWE will celebrate The Undertaker's 30th anniversary at Survivor Series later this month.

The Deadman himself will be making an appearance at the PPV and it will be the first time we've seen him since WrestleMania 36 back in April.

But it could also be the last time we see him.

Survivor Series is also being promoted as The Undertaker's 'final farewell' to wrestling.

Naturally, there's plenty of build-up to the show in the media and even The Phenom himself is doing some rare, out of character interviews ahead of his comeback.

Speaking recently to the New York Post, Mark Calaway reflected on his career in WWE and touched on his relationship with Vince McMahon.

We know the pair share a special bond, having worked together for the last three decades, but their friendship runs even deeper than that.

The Undertaker and Vince are very close friends

When asked about his loyalty to WWE, Undertaker described McMahon as 'a caring human being' and 'not the monster that people think that he is'.

He also takes issue with the suggestion that he 'can't say no' to Vince, who is often portrayed as the person pulling Calaway to get back into the ring every year.

"If Vince feels like there's still something there, I have a place on the roster, then I had no problem doing it," 'Taker said.

Undertaker returned at WM36

"That's where the internet and all that stuff kind of shows up, 'Just let him retire, just let him do this, let him do that.' I'm a grown man. I can walk away anytime I want."

Now might be the moment that The Undertaker chooses to walk away. He's had an incredible 30-year career in WWE and his final match with AJ Styles was an epic.

But, this is professional wrestling. Never say never. We'll have to wait and see what he says at Survivor Series.
