Braun Strowman finally got his hands on the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 36.
'The Monster' had long been tipped for WWE's top prize ever since debuting on the main roster in 2015.
And, after Roman Reigns pulled out of his WrestleMania match with Goldberg due to concerns over COVID-19, Strowman finally got his hands on the belt.
His run with the Universal Championship lasted four months until SummerSlam, where 'The Fiend' wrestled it away from him.
Strowman did successfully defend against John Morrison & The Miz, Shinsuke Nakamura and Bray Wyatt during his reign.
Many fans have given props to 'The Monster' for carrying SmackDown during the early stages of the 'no-fan era'.
Much like Drew McIntyre on RAW, it's been tough for a champion to look impressive, given there's no live crowd to bounce off.
But how does Strowman himself feel about his run? Pretty damn good, actually.
"Opportunity blew the door off the hinges for me at that moment. It was a little more difficult than I think in normal times," he told TV Insider.
"No crowd and being under the microscope without being able to hide behind the cheers or the boos and the animation of the audience, I feel like we all had to step our level of performance up.
"I put my head down and went to work."
While admitting that carrying SmackDown through the coronavirus pandemic was tough, Strowman still believes he did a 'damn good job' with the belt.
"In my opinion, I think I did a damn good job. I think we made the most of it," he continued.
"I think we did an awesome job, everyone I had to work with, and behind the scenes and story-telling. The whole aspect of it in the middle of a pandemic, I thought we hit a home run."
Strowman's title run may have come at a difficult time for WWE, but it's clear to see he enjoyed it.
