That’s presuming he will need to self-isolate for two weeks following his positive test.

Salah. who attended his brother’s wedding party earlier this week, was due to play in Egypt’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifies against Togo over the next few days.

The news is yet another blow to Jurgen Klopp, who lost defender Joe Gomez to a serious knee injury earlier this week.
