Harry Redknapp has put David Beckham on his transfer wish list for this summer, according to The Evening Standard.

The former England captain, currently with LA Galaxy, spent two spells with AC Milan in the past two seasons, but could be ready for a third spell in Europe.

After a move for Beckham broke down earlier in the season, Tottenham are ready to resurrect a deal for the 36-year-old, who could return to the club where he used to train as a youngster.

Beckham's contract runs out in November and the superstar is considering where his future lies, while Redknapp is hoping to provide Beckham with a suitable home back in England, where he began his career.

The former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder spent six weeks training with Tottenham this year, but talks over a move stalled after the club learnt of the insurance premium against Beckham.

Tottenham are also expected to bid for Scott Parker, who after being relegated with West Ham United, is expected to leave for a Barclays Premier League club, as he hopes to retain his place in England's midfield.
