Chelsea and Manchester City are ready to receive bids from AC Milan for strikers Didier Drogba and Emmanuel Adebayor.

The African duo have been out of favour at their respective clubs for difference reasons this season.

Adebayor has been out on loan at Real Madrid after City signed Edin Dzeko in the January transfer window.

Meanwhile, Drogba has seen his opportunities be limited after the signing of Fernando Torres, and at 33 is rumoured to be part of a re-building job at Chelsea.

And Milan are reportedly preparing a bid to take both the City and Chelsea strikers to Italy, as they look to build upon their first Serie A title win for seven years.

Despite Milan's interest, Madrid is Adebayor's favoured destination after his impact helped the club win the Copa del Rey.

Drogba has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge, not only because of Torres' move to the club, but because of the re-building job Roman Abramovich wants the new Chelsea manager to make.
