Midfielder Jason Taylor has put pen to paper on a new one-year deal with Rotherham.

The 24-year-old has agreed to terms offered by manager Andy Scott in May and joins Jamie Annerson, Dale Tonge and Jamie Annerson in penning new contracts.

The deal was agreed some time ago, but Taylor has only just been able to sign.

"Jason had some things going on in close season that have been difficult for him and we understood that," Scott said.

"We are delighted he has now committed his future with us and he is another good player we can add to the squad."
