French goalkeeper Bertrand Bossu is having a trial at Burton.

Albion need to sign another keeper after last season's number one Adam Legzdins was sold to Derby this summer.

"He was in France last year and has looked very sharp in training," said Albion boss Paul Peschisolido. "He has impressed and we'll have a look at him and see what happens. I will speak to him and see if he fancies a game."

Bossu, who stands at 6ft 7in, can count Barnet, Gillingham, Darlington and Walsall among the League clubs he has played for since arriving in England in 2000.

He has impressed in training and may appear in one of Burton's two friendlies at Rocester and Alfreton Town on Tuesday night.
