West Bromwich Albion defender Donervon Daniels is subject to interest from Celtic, Manchester City and Manchester United, according to The Sun.

The 17-year-old has reportedly been staring in the Baggies' academy and is highly rated at The Hawthorns.

However, such performances have alerted a trio of Britain's giants, including Celtic, City and United.

Celtic's interest in Daniels is already well known, with reports emerging earlier this week that Neil Lennon was ready to open negotiations with Albion over a possible deal for Daniels.

However, with City and United have joined the race, Celtic will have to fight tooth and nail to land the defender.

Given his age and stage, Daniels would be more likely to break into the first team at Celtic Park soon after his move, rather than at United and City, who have the finances to bring in new faces at regular intervals.
