With Crystal Palace seemingly set for a big summer rebuild given just how many first-team stars - along with manager Roy Hodgson - are heading towards the final weeks of their contract, GIVEMESPORT have been thinking.

Indeed, as this summer looks like the end of this cycle, we can't help but draw comparison to the last time Palace had to rebuild.

Back in the summer of 2017, Frank de Boer was appointed as Sam Allardyce's replacement as the club looked to build something a touch more progressive.

After a hugely successful period in charge of Ajax, de Boer was looking to get his managerial career back on track following a short spell with Inter Milan, while Palace were presumably looking to create some sort of identity in order to kick on.

Clearly, that didn't work, with star man Wilfried Zaha admitting the squad wasn't quite ready for such a radical change at the time and perhaps that should serve as a warning amid the looming prospect of Eddie Howe - famed for his expansive style of play - potentially taking over this summer.

With that in mind, can you answer these 15 questions on de Boer's miserable time at Palace?
