Barnet have signed former Luton and Oldham goalkeeper Dean Brill.

The 25-year-old, who has been training with the Bees this summer following his release by Oldham, has signed a one-year deal at Underhill.

Boss Lawrie Sanchez turned to Brill after previous first-choice keeper Jake Cole was released at the end of last season.

"I'm pleased. I announced that a goalkeeper was a priority the other week and Dean has been a target," said Sanchez.

"Let's hope he soon becomes a favourite with the fans."

Brill, who was also wanted by Yeovil, said: "I am looking forward to coming back with a League club."
