Wolves goalkeeper Carl Ikeme has joined Middlesbrough on a 28-day emergency loan deal.

The 25-year-old has been on trial at the Riverside Stadium, and played in the friendly clash with PSV Eindhoven last weekend.

With Jason Steele injured, Ikeme offers manager Tony Mowbray a different option to the club`s other senior goalkeeper, Danny Coyne.
