Tennis remains to this day as one of the key competitions at the Olympic Games, and Tokyo will be no different.

With 188 players due to take part across five events this summer in Tokyo, two of the reigning champions, Andy Murray and Rafael Nadal, will not be taking part. Despite this, there are still plenty of big-names stars that will be participating.

The singles format will see the competition contain six rounds of straight knockouts right up until the final, with five in doubles and four in mixed doubles. The losing semi-finalists will compete for the bronze medal while the two winners will contest for gold and silver.

Great Britain will feature four players, with Heather Watson being the one to watch from Team GB. Daniel Evans, Neal Skupski and Johanna Konta will make up the British quartet.
