5. Phil Neville vs West Bromwich Albion

With Everton having salvaged extra time with a last gasp Marianne Fellaini equaliser, the club's captain gave manager David Moyes a timely reminder as to his class with a stunning winner at Goodison Park. Having been left out of the last two games, Neville left fly with a beautiful left footed curler from the edge of the box to secure The Toffees' progress.

4. Chris Eagles vs Aston Villa

The former Manchester United midfielder set Bolton on their way at Villa Park with a stunning strike from range. Picking the ball up midway inside the hosts' half, he cut inside before unleashing a blistering strike from 20 yards that stunned goalkeeper Shay Given.

3. Dean Cox vs Blackburn Rovers

At 3-1 down, Leyton Orient could have been forgiven for lying down against their Barclays Premier League opponents, but Cox had different ideas. After a raking ball out towards him on the left hand-side, he cut inside, beat two Blackburn defenders before sliding the ball beyond Mark Bunn.

2. Danny Hilton vs Rochdale

A goal fit of winning any football match came courtesy of Hilton with just 12 minutes left at the EBB Stadium. After Dale failed to clear their lines, the ball broke to Hilton on the half volley, and the forward obliged, smashing the ball into the corner to send Aldershot through.

1. Adlene Guedioura vs Millwall

With The Lions well beaten, the Algerian Guedioura felt it appropriate to pile on the misery. The visitors, battered a bruised after conceding four, backed off, and the midfield took full advantage, lashing the ball high into the far corner from 30 yards to put the icing on the cake for Mick McCarthy's team.
