Evergreen striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic showed his class on Sunday afternoon as he marked his return to competitive action with a goal for AC Milan.
The Swedish superstar has been on the sidelines for four months after suffering a nasty knee injury against Juventus in May.
Ibrahimovic, who turns 40 in October, looked like he had never been away as he ghosted in at the back post to tap home against Lazio in the second half.
Ibrahimovic had only been on the pitch for a matter of minutes when he slid home to once again reiterate his class.
It’s an ominous sign for Liverpool who are set to host AC Milan in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday and having a fit and firing Zlatan available could make all the difference.
