Journalist Luke Hatfield reckons that Wolves should have signed another centre-back in the recent transfer window.
Why do Wolves need another centre-back?
Despite the change of manager over the summer, the Midlands outfit are continuing to deploy a familiar three at the back under Bruno Lage.
At present, Lage has just four central defenders at his disposal, but one of those is Willy Boly, who's yet to feature this season due to injury.
Max Kilman has lined up alongside Conor Coady and Romain Saiss during the opening four Premier League matches and Carabao Cup tie at Nottingham Forest.
However, whilst those three have performed astutely during the early parts of the campaign, Lage is just one injury away from a potential crisis at the heart of his defence following Jeff Shi's failure to bring one in.
What has Hatfield said?
Hatfield recognises Wolves' need to bolster their central defensive department and told the GIVEMESPORT that even the supporters were desperate to see another face come in:
"Wolves should have signed a centre-back, it's pretty easy to say it's a position they needed addressing.

"They did need to sign another centre-back, the fans wanted them to sign another centre-back, the likes of Willy Boly's form has been up and down in recent seasons, and he has had some injury problems."
How have Wolves fared this season?
Despite Saturday's trip to Watford bringing their first goal and win of the season, in a defensive sense, Lage's side had been sound prior to that.
In their opening four matches, their defence has been breached just three times. One was a fine Jamie Vardy strike at Leicester on the opening day, which was a moment of individual brilliance, but Dele Alli's penalty and Mason Greenwood's late winner last month were both massively avoidable.
But given they've already come up against three of last season's top-seven, the victory at Watford means it hasn't been a disastrous start to Lage's reign, especially with winnable games to come against Brentford, Southampton, and Newcastle in the coming weeks, which could improve their league position.
