Many fans of FIFA 22 have been reacting positively to a slight change that could have a significant difference in Ultimate Team this year.

EA have started to reveal some of the ratings for their upcoming game for arguably their most popular and highest-grossing game mode, with the top 22 players in the game revealed with some fanfare.

The developers are expected to reveal more in the coming days as the 1st October release date edges closer, with EA implementing their all-new HyperMotion Technology into their next-gen versions PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

Some complaints in recent years have highlighted an issue called "fullback meta", where the pace of centre-backs is so poor that they didn't have a chance of defending through balls or one-on-one situations if they came off second best.

However, it looks like that this has been addressed where certain users noticed that certain defenders have been given more pace this year. Jan Vertonghen and Pepe were selected in particular for this with 14 and 17-point pace boosts respectively.
