Sparks flew on the latest instalment of Friday Night SmackDown as Becky Lynch gatecrashed Bianca Belair's homecoming celebration in Knoxville County, Tennessee. The EST of WWE was recently provided with a Senate Joint Resolution congratulating her on her decorated wrestling career.Belair became the first black woman in history to both win a Royal Rumble match, and headline a WrestleMania event, alongside Sasha Banks.Belair's name is forever written in WWE history and to honour her achievements, she was gifted the key to Knoxville County by Mayor and fellow WWE star Kane on Friday night. The proud Tennessee native got the adoring crowd singing Rocky Top together before Lynch's entrance music cut the moment short. The Man entered the ring to goad Belair, showing off the blue brand belt she snatched from The EST at SummerSlam last month.Becky Lynch Bianca Belair"Why are you even here?" Belair asked the champion. "I mean you're standing here and you don't even go here."The crowd then erupted into chants of "you don't go here" as Lynch tried to shake Belair's hand and congratulate her on her homecoming.

However, a civil exchange between The Man and The EST was never going to last for long. The pair broke out into a brawl which ended with Lynch flooring Belair before walking away with her SmackDown belt held high.

But it's what happened after the show went off the air that was the talking point of the night.

While the cameras were off, Belair stopped Lynch from leaving the arena, enraged by her attempt to ruin her homecoming.

As has become the norm for any of Belair's opponents, Lynch grabbed her plait and the two played out a vicious tug of war before Knoxville's native managed to escape the attack and pin The Man to the canvas.

Of course the brawl had to end with Belair winning in front of her home crowd, but the real test will come at Extreme Rules when the two face each other in a SmackDown Women's Championship title challenge.

The pay-per-view is scheduled for Sunday, September 26th at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
