FIFA 22 is set to drop in the next few weeks via EA Access and general retail, with PC gamers anticipating the new title.

Players on PC will have access to a plethora of mods from the community and is one of the primary reasons that gamers choose to play on the platform, as well as the graphical advantages (usually!).

Unfortunately, there appears to be a number of reasons for fans to not get the PC version this year, as the game will apparently be modelled on the PS4, Xbox One and Switch ports, rather than the true next-gen power of Xbox Series X/S or PS5.

One element of disappointment though has already been cleared up by EA themselves.

AltChar.com recently confirmed that EA had contacted them about the apparent 1-machine limit for PC gamers with the new version of FIFA.

The official FIFA 22 Steam page noted the following: "Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: EA on-line activation and Origin client software installation and background use required. 1 machine activation limit."
