The WWE Draft is just a few weeks away, with the Draft starting officially on the October 1st episode of WWE SmackDown and finishing on the October 4th edition of Monday Night Raw.

The company will be looking to shake up the two rosters with some possible moves up from the NXT brand.

One major move from Raw to SmackDown appears to have already been confirmed via local advertising for the Friday, October 1st episode of the blue brand.

An advertisement from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore shows Drew McIntyre facing Roman Reigns on the SmackDown WWE Draft episode.

It is believed that this is an indication that McIntyre is moving over to SmackDown as part of the 2021 WWE Draft, in what would easily be one of the biggest moves during the event.

There is no confirmation at this time that the Scottish Superstar will be moving brands, as there is also a chance that WWE will be looking to just have some big-time matchups on the two Draft cards.

McIntyre making the move to Friday Night SmackDown would certainly make sense, as WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will need more babyface opponents over the coming months.

It is not confirmed if Brock Lesnar will be staying on television beyond the October 21st Crown Jewel event from Saudi Arabia, so McIntyre could be a strong candidate to challenge Reigns into November and the Survivor Series PPV.
