Happy 45th birthday, Francesco Totti!

The AS Roma and Italian football legend, who celebrated his latest birthday on September 27, is unquestionably one of the best midfielders of his generation.

A one-club man, Totti spent his entire 25-year professional career with Roma, scoring 307 goals in 786 appearances.

During that time, he won one Serie A title, two Coppas Italia and two Supercoppa Italiana titles.

Oh, and he also won the World Cup with Italy in 2006.

Totti said an emotional goodbye to football in 2017, aged 40, but has still played the odd game of eight-a-side and futsal since hanging up his professional boots.

And on his birthday, we thought we’d cast our minds back to an incredible moment during a futsal match where Totti got revenge on a youngster who tried to embarrass him moments earlier.

The lad in question was clearly feeling brave because he beat Totti with an audacious rainbow flick.

Totti then got revenge in style by scoring an even more audacious long-distance goal with one flick from the outside of his right boot.

The crowd erupted as the ball sailed over the ‘keeper’s head and into the back of the net.

Watch the brilliant clip here…

Different class.

Totti was 42 years old but still the most impressive baller on the futsal court.

Never disrespect the king of Rome.
