Dana White has spent the best part of the past 20 years transforming the UFC from an unknown entity to the sporting juggernaut that it is today.

White, born to June and Dana Sr in Massachusetts, was appointed UFC president in January 2001.

Under White's leadership, the world's premier mixed martial arts organization has quickly grown from strength to strength, becoming a publicly traded company earlier this year.

White, 50, has evidently reaped the rewards as he has amassed a sizeable net worth since taking charge of the company and has certainly put his money to good use.

He has an estimated net worth of £500 million, according to reports.

The American currently lives in Pine Island Court, Las Vegas, with his wife Anna and their three children, Dana III, Aidan and Savannah.

White bought his home, which he has subsequently converted into the ultimate bachelor's pad, from Zuffa founder Frank Fertitta III, who also co-founded the UFC in 1998, for $1.95 million in 2006.

STATE-OF-THE ART HOME GYM

Despite living a life of luxury, White takes his fitness very seriously - even employing his own personal trainer on an annual salary as part of his staff.

So, it's no surprise the multi-millionaire has built a state-of-the-art gym in his mansion to rival that of the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas.

There, he likes to keep himself busy by lifting weights and of course, rolling on the mats in his gi.

And there's also a huge TV screen too that takes up an entire section of the wall to keep him entertained.

A KITCHEN THAT PUTS GORDON RAMSEY TO SHAME

White - who has his own personal chef - has made no secret of his love for food over the years

In the video below he shows you the inside of his kitchen interior including his pantry which is stacked to the rafters from top to bottom with sweets and other tasty treats.

"This house has a lot of different refrigerators in it," White told Men's Health

"But this is right here where the family congregates and where we come when we're looking for food.

"Now, I'm not one of these guys that eats healthy or whatever.

"The reason I work out is because I love food and I love to eat.

"When I grew up, we had milk and water in the fridge, so I'm a bit of a weirdo when it comes to drinks [shows off the contents of one of the fridges].

"Milk, Capri Sun, Mexican soda, Body Armour, Water - we have everything that you could imagine in here.

"And down here, this is all ice cream. What's better than the Boston Cream Klondike bar?"

But White admits he doesn't just eat junk food in the kitchen.

"Now this fridge over here, this one is for more healthy options," he added.

"I mean, you know, there's lots of fruits and vegetables, yoghurts and things like that in here.

"For breakfast I usually do, like, either scrambled eggs and sausages, or I like breakfast sandwiches.

"I mean there's things I don't like, like garlic, onions, peppers and seafood."
