Former Raw Women's Champion Alexa Bliss is going to be off WWE television for "several months", if new reports are to be believed.

WrestlingInc is reporting that Bliss will be off of TV for "a few months", but the exact date of her return is not known.

Alexa Bliss will reportedly be taking time off of WWE television soon. It is not known how long Bliss will be off of television, but I was told it would be “a few months.”

This comes after Alexa Bliss was defeated by Charlotte Flair in a Raw Women's Championship match at Extreme Rules, with Flair destroying Bliss' puppet Lilly in the post-match angle.

Bliss was not featured on last night's episode of Monday Night Raw in any capacity, suggesting that her absence from WWE TV has already started.

On last night's show, Charlotte Flair issues an open challenge for her Raw Women's Championship which was answered by Doudrop.

Shayna Baszler has been picking up some momentum on WWE Raw of late following her win over Nia Jax last week, so it seems like the two former NXT Champions could be set to meet soon.

Speaking of Nia Jax, it seems like Raw is going to be losing two of its key players in the women's division, as recent reports have suggested that Jax is also going to be taking time off WWE TV.

On WWE's The Bump last week, Kayla Braxton announced that Nia Jax is going to be off TV for an "undisclosed amount of time", which you can read more about by clicking here.
