US Open champion Emma Radcaunu has donated her iconic title-winning outfit to the tennis Hall of Fame after becoming the first qualifier to win a Grand Slam.Raducanu’s remarkable run of form saw her win 10 successive matches without dropping a set in New York this year –– making her the first British woman to win a Grand Slam since Virginia Wade in 1977.Her historic victory has garnered widespread global attention and the teenager has become the most talked-about female athlete in the world in recent weeks.The last fortnight has seen the Brit attend the prestigious Met Gala, become a brand ambassador for jeweller Tiffany, and attend a live BBC homecoming event in her honour.Raducanu’s trademark look at Flushing Meadows saw her wear a navy skirt, red top and orange cap for each of her matches –– all of which were made by Nike.ENTER GIVEAWAYThe 18-year-old has now given this outfit to the International Tennis Hall of Fame where it will continue to be displayed for generations.Announcing the news on Twitter, the official Hall of Fame Twitter account wrote: “A legendary run: preserved.”They continued: “The first-ever qualifier to win a major title has a place in the home of tennis history. Thank you, Emma Raducanu, for donating your memorable US Open outfit to the ITHF collection!”Having now had time to soak in her triumph, Raducanu revealed last week she is seeking a new coach after parting ways with former Davis Cup player Andrew Richardson. The Brit stressed she was looking for someone with WTA experience and would not decide before the end of the season."I'm looking for someone who has been at that level and knows what it takes," she said. "And especially right now because I'm so new to it, I really need someone to guide me who's already been through that."

Now ranked 22nd in the world, Raducanu is back in training and may feature at the Indian Wells Masters next week if she decides to take part in qualifying.

Later this year is the WTA Tour Finals in Guadalajara, Mexico. The top eight performing players of the year will qualify for the tournament, with Raducanu currently 14th in the standings.
