Three members of the NXT roster are likely to be moving to either Monday Night Raw or Friday Night SmackDown in the WWE Draft.

In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer notes that the expectation within WWE is that Dakota Kai, Xia Li and Aliyah are heading to the main roster.

Those in the company were of the belief Dakota Kai, Aliyah and Xia Li were the leading candidates among the women

Xia Li is someone that WWE has been targeting for a main roster run for a while, as Dave Meltzer notes that the company wants to push her as a top star for the Chinese market:

WWE wants a legitimate Chinese star in the market after the success UFC had in that market when Zhang Weili became a champion

This comes after various sources reported this week that NXT is going to play a significant role in the WWE Draft, which kicks off on tonight's episode of SmackDown.

As of right now, there is no word on which NXT wrestlers are going to be moved to the main roster, but we do know that "several" stars from Triple H's brand are expected to move.

Along with Xia Li, Dakota Kai and Aliyah, Hit Row have reportedly been considered for a move to the main roster, which you can read more about by clicking here.

The WWE Draft kicks off tonight on Friday Night SmackDown, continuing onto next week's episode of Monday Night Raw.

You can watch tonight's episode of Friday Night SmackDown live over here in the UK on BT Sport.
