With the 'Once And For All' fight inching closer, Deontay Wilder has once again claimed that Tyson Fury is conspiring to cheat 'again' in their bout.

Wilder and Fury last fought at the MGM Arena in February 2020, where a flurry of shots by Fury in the seventh round was hard for Wilder to absorb, eventually forcing his corner to throw in the towel, much to the American's horror.

Following this bout, Wilder claimed that Fury had cheated in the fight. He accused the Brit of tampering with his gloves in a certain way, allowing him to put his fist in an improper position.

Wilder also believed that Fury had a hard object hidden in his gloves to cause extra damage.

As well as this, he also accused his own trainer Mark Breland of spiking his drink. Eventually, Mark was removed as his trainer.

Wilder, after this decision, brought Malik Scott as his trainer for the third fight, but Fury believes this change will not bring any difference to the outcome of the fight.

However, ahead of the trilogy fight, Wilder seemed to hold his ground on previous allegations made.

Speaking to 78SPORTSTV, Wilder said: "You think he ain’t gonna try to cheat this time?

“Oh they’re thinking, they’re coming up with a master plan.

“But my thing to him – man, you couldn’t even get me out on loaded gloves and the conditions I was under.

“You couldn’t knock me out, you didn’t knock me out.”

Fury, on the other hand, disregarded all claims and called Wilder 'ridiculous', which most boxing fans tend to agree with.

Fury also went on to assure that he had a good idea about Wilder's game, which he would be using to his advantage.

This fight between the two greats holds a lot of weight in the heavyweight category.

As Anthony Joshua is optimistic, despite his defeat to Oleksandr Usyk, that he could bag the much-anticipated fight between him and Fury, the results of this bout will determine the fate of the heavyweight category.
