It's only a matter of days before the trilogy fight between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder as the heavyweight division in boxing continues to spoil us.

The first bout between the two took place back in 2018 and ended in what was considered a controversial draw. Most would agree that Fury outboxed Wilder for the majority, but the fact the former was dropped twice made others believe the American should've been crowned the victor.

When it came to the rematch, however, there was no argument. The second bout was totally one-sided with Fury completely outclassing Wilder and eventually winning after the latter's corner threw in the towel during the seventh round.

This was the Bronze Bomber's very first defeat as a professional.

Soon after the second fight, Wilder was keen for a rematch, but it kept getting postponed and Fury later entered negotiations for a fight against fellow Brit Anthony Joshua.

The all-British bout was initially scheduled to take place in August, but an arbitration judge ruled that Fury would have to take on Wilder first.

The trilogy bout was then scheduled to take place on July 24, but it got postponed due to a case of COVID-19 in the Gypsy King's camp.

The revised date for the fight was set for October 9 and we are now just days away from seeing the bitter rivals lock horns for a third, and hopefully final, time.

The Bronze Bomber was far from his best during the second bout and he is determined to defeat Fury and put on a better show for his fans.

In the hunt for redemption, Wilder has trained hard and looks in incredible shape as per the picture he posted on Instagram with the caption: "Blessed and highly favoured."

Fury has been backed by many to beat Wilder in the fight billed "Once and For All". However, the Bronze Bomber should not be written off despite how he fared in the last bout.

Wilder looks in good shape and this time we can expect him to at least do better than he did last year.

The American will be looking to win the WBC and The Ring heavyweight titles while also becoming the first individual to defeat Fury.
