Tamina and Natalya were reportedly left blindsided by WWE's decision to assign them to different brands on night two of the WWE Draft last night.

WWE split up several women's tag teams during the draft, including Tegan Nox & Shotzi and Tamina & Natalya, leaving only one team in the division, Nikki A.S.H and Rhea Ripley.

The decision to split Natalya and Tamina up didn't just catch WWE fans by surprise, but also reportedly the two aforementioned women too.

On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer is reporting that Natalya and Tamina found out they'd been split up when WWE announced it during RawTalk last night.

This isn't too surprising, as all reports over the last few days have suggested that WWE management kept a lot of talent in the dark about their plans for the draft this year.

For those that didn't catch the show last night, Natalya was drafted over to Friday Night SmackDown, while Tamina was assigned to the Friday Night SmackDown roster.

As of right now, there is no word on how WWE is going to go about booking a women's tag team division with just one team, but it's likely a few teams will be created over the coming weeks.

Several other WWE tag teams were split up in the draft, with Veer and Shanky being separated, along with MACE and T-Bar also going their separate ways.

WWE reportedly considered splitting another tag team too, with the company heavily considering having Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins on different rosters before changing their minds.
