Iker Muniain has shown his worth in La Liga yet again over the weekend, with the winger scoring his third goal this season against Spanish giants Valencia and putting Manchester United and Chelsea on alert to his talent.

Clubcall claimed last week that Muniain was the subject of interest from numerous European clubs, with the 18-year-old’s €45 million release clause putting only the top sides at the frontline to sign the star in January.

United and Chelsea are both reportedly keeping tabs on the youngster, with both clubs seeing Muniain as a future European talent.

Muniain scored against Valencia within 20 minutes, and will no doubt have alerted both United and Chelsea that he is able to handle the pressure of transfer speculation with big clubs.

United are said to be a little bit more skeptical over taking Muniain on than Chelsea, with the Red Devils unsure in the Spain Under 21 international is worth such big money at such a young age.
