WWE has a plethora of talent on its roster and there are plenty of dream matches we've yet to see.

The company have a number of top stars and there's a number of bouts we'd love to see between top stars that have yet to be booked by the company.

So we thought we'd run down the eight dream matches we haven't seen in WWE yet!

ROMAN REIGNS V THE ROCK

This is probably the biggest match on WWE's books that hasn't happened yet.

And it does feel that we're moving towards it. The family connection of the pair, plus Roman doing the character work of his career, means that we could get Hollywood Rock vs Head of the Table Roman Reigns.

It's the kind of match that really needs to take place in a WrestleMania main event, but it seems sure as the sun rising tomorrow that it will happen.

JOHN CENA V GOLDBERG

It feels ridiculous that this hasn't at least been done once in WWE.

Goldberg has been back with the company for some years now and, while Cena's schedule has become difficult with his Hollywood connections, it feels like money being left on the table if this match isn't done.

It might be one of those bouts for Saudi Arabia, with two nostalgia-led stars colliding, but the idea of a WCW icon taking on a WWE icon is mouthwatering.

BROCK LESNAR V KEITH 'BEARCAT' LEE

These two had a brilliant staredown in the Royal Rumble, with Brock expressing that Keith was a "big boy". Yes, Brock, Keith is a big boy.

And we'd love to see these two go toe-to-toe in a one-on-one match.

It's two superstars with pure power but also a surprising amount of work-rate.

Give the pair of them 15 to 20 minutes and let them make some magic.

FINN BALOR V DREW MCINTYRE

Battle of the British Isles.

With reports that WWE are planning a UK-based pay-per-view, it feels like this could be the perfect match to headline that kind of card.

Balor is Irish, of course, while Drew is Scottish, and having the pair of them go one-on-one is about more than just that gimmick; the pair are likely to have a genuinely exceptional match.

Balor is quicker than a hiccup, and Drew can go with him; he can Claymore him into the middle of next week, while Balor can Coup de Grace him through the middle of the ring. Yes please.

EDGE V RIDDLE

Edge is back in WWE and he's exceptional in the ring.

He's been having absolute bangers with Randy Orton and Seth Rollins and a match with Riddle would just be a really lovely treat.

Riddle is a technical master, but he can also have a really stiff sprint too, and putting these two styles together, we think, would be magic.

JOHNNY GARGANO V SAMI ZAYN

It makes sense that this hasn't happened. Gargano has stayed in NXT, while Zayn has been promoted to the main roster.

But setting these two against each other would be a genuinely exceptional match.

Zayn can lay claim to being the beating heart of NXT in its first work-rate led era; Gargano can lay claim to taking that mantle once Sami was spirited away by the main roster.

Johnny Gargano v Sami Zayn in a 20-minute classic is something we need to see.

PETE DUNNE V SETH ROLLINS

Pete Dunne seems destined to be a main roster superstar soon enough.

And when he gets there, the former WWE United Kingdom Champion needs to mix it up with Seth Rollins, who might be the best big-match wrestler in WWE at this point.

Seth is an exceptional heel who can work over a limb with the best of them; sound familiar?

Putting Pete Dunne and Seth Rollins in the ring together would be enough for a "this is awesome" chant in our book.

ASUKA V BIANCA BELAIR

p1fhfml9pc1jm41mr91jc81vu2bofs.jpg

Now, a qualification first. Asuka and Bianca Belair have been in the same ring together. They were both in a SmackDown battle royal, and they also competed in a tag match against each other; Bianca teamed with Sasha Banks against the teams of Asuka and Charlotte Flair and Bayley and Carmella.

What they haven't done is go one-on-one, and it would be an absolutely remarkable match.

Asuka is still an absolutely brilliant wrestler who can absolutely brutalise her opponents; Bianca Belair is a potent blend of remarkable strength and powerful strikes.

This is a huge match and we need to see it eventually.
