FIFA 22 reintroduced Hero cards to its Ultimate Team (FUT) game mode this year and differ from the lucrative Icon players.

We have not seen these types of cards for some time and have been named after what fans refer to as "cult heroes" rather than legends, which has been wisely categorised separately by EA.

The developers have decided to bring them back to provide some variety for players that love to open packs, complete squad building challenges (SBCs) or enjoy finding unique items on the transfer market.
