Scottish journalist Stuart Hodge reckons this could be Steven Gerrard's last season as Rangers manager.
Gerrard has done a fine job north of the border, leading the Gers to the Scottish Premiership title last season and his side are well-placed to repeat that feat following a strong start to this campaign.

Rangers was his first managerial role in a senior job, and he's passed the test with flying colours.
Whilst he'd have liked to have enjoyed more success in Europe and the domestic cups, Gerrard was brought to the club to end Celtic's domination and he's done exactly that within three years.
Furthermore, the Ibrox side not only ended Celtic's chances of completing an unprecedented 10 titles in a row, but Rangers won the league in style by going the entire campaign unbeaten, conceding just 13 times in the process, whilst scoring an incredible 92 up the other end.
Remarkably, Rangers finished a whopping 25 points ahead of their Old Firm rivals as they stormed to the title in early-March even before the league split took place.
Despite his recent success, Hodge failed to rule out the possibility of this season being Gerrard's fourth and final one in Glasgow.

What did Hodge say?
He told GIVEMESPORT: "Could he go before the end of the season; I could feasibly see that.
"You would like to think he would go with most Rangers fans best wishes because Old Firm fans can be ridiculously myopic with these things."
Is Gerrard likely to leave Rangers?
Regardless of what Rangers achieve this season, Gerrard has probably taken the club as far as he can, although their struggles in Europe will remain a blot on his copybook following their failure to reach further than the last 16 in the Europa League in any of the last three years.
Additionally, the 41-year-old has already been linked with the Newcastle job, with Steve Bruce likely to be sacked after their takeover was confirmed on Thursday.
A move to Newcastle is far from guaranteed, especially with the Telegraph suggesting a host of other names to replace Bruce should he lose his job, but Gerrard won't stay at Ibrox for the sake of it and therefore could end up walking away in the near-future.
