UFC 268 is set to be one of the biggest events of 2021 in MMA, but what is the fight card for this monumental event?

The majority of the fight card has already been confirmed, with two major Championship bouts set to headline along with a bout that has implications for the Lightweight division.

Here is everything you need to know about the UFC 268 fight card that takes place on  Saturday, November 6, 2021.

The headline-grabbing fight for the Madison Square Garden event is of course the 170-pound showdown between Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington.

Covington is often an outspoken individual when it comes to fight promotion, with the welterweight usually taking verbal jabs at his opponents well before they enter the octagon to face him.

Interestingly, Usman has actually praised the outspoken fighter before they meet in November. He said: “I’m no hater. I give props where props are due.

"I think Colby probably is, I would put him in the top-15 welterweights of all time, as far as fighter-wise and skill-wise, the way that he fights.

"You may not like him personally, which I really don’t, but as far as skill-wise, he’s a very good fighter. A very, very good fighter.”

Rose Namajunas will also be facing Weili Zhang in a rematch for the Strawweight Title, with Zhang hoping to regain her belt following Namajuna's controversial comments regarding communism. She said: “In my mind, yes I think that those comments crossed the line because I think all the audience, all the fighters, we all come together in the UFC because we all share the passion of MMA.”

“In my mind, I’m coming here because I want to make friends because we all have the common love of martial arts."
