Norwich City v Blackburn Rovers
Carrow Road
Barclays Premier League
Saturday, October 29. Kick-off: 1500

Zak Whitbread is still missing with a hamstring injury, but Norwich do not have any fresh injury concerns.

Grant Holt is in contention for a return to the staring line-up after netting the equaliser against Liverpool last Saturday.

Blackburn have Scott Dann and Steven Nzonzi available after injury and suspension respectively.

However, Vince Grella, Ryan Nelson, Michel Salgado and David Dunn are all still missing.

Lambert ready for 'hardest game'

Norwich boss Paul Lambert is hoping to follow a well earned point against Liverpool last Saturday with all three against Blackburn tomorrow.

The Canaries came from behind at Anfield to take a share of the spoils, but face an entirely different proposition in basement boys Rovers at Carrow Road.

Lambert realises Steve Kean's side are already scrapping desperately for points, which could make the encounter even more difficult than the one against Liverpool.

"It is wrong if people are going to come and think we are going to just roll them over - that is how you get caught," he explained. "If we don't play as well as we have been we will get turned over.

"They have got young players, but also experienced ones as well, lads who have played in the league for a few years. We have to combat that.

"It is a really hard game, probably the hardest we have faced because of the circumstances. For different reasons it is a totally different game from last week.

"Blackburn are a good side - an established Premier League side, we are not."
