Several of the biggest releases on Xbox are now being released via the subscription service, with Microsoft looking to make it the biggest and best value available in gaming.

Here’s everything we know about Halo Infinite and whether it will be coming to Xbox Game Pass.

The latest game in the massive Halo franchise is set to release on Wednesday 8th December 2021. Master Chief’s newest outing has been a long time coming, with development plans having to be pushed back on several occasions.

With Halo Infinite finally being released, there are a number of different versions that fans will be able to pre-order and purchase to experience the first true Halo title on next-gen consoles.

Is Halo Infinite on Xbox Game Pass?

The release of Halo Infinite will see the game made available for retail sale as well as downloadable on Xbox Game Pass.

As noted, several major Xbox titles have been made available to download via the service, and Halo Infinite looks to be the biggest of 2021.

Several new titles are being added to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate service each month, and it already offers a huge amount of gaming content from EA, Ubisoft, Indie developers and Microsoft themselves.

Major games, such as Gears 5, The Ascent and Forza Horizon 4 are already available/have been available in the past on Ultimate for less than £12 a month.

Other Xbox exclusives that have been released day one on Xbox Game Pass include Back For Blood, Twelve Minutes and Psychonauts 2.

Halo Infinite is already available to pre-download on Xbox Series S/X, meaning that players can access the game as soon as it is ready to go on December 8th.

Infinite will also be available for players on PC, again as either a stand-alone purchase or as part of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription offer.
