Goldberg is set for a huge match next week at WWE Crown Jewel, but the Hall of Famer isn't going to be 100% fit for the bout.

At Crown Jewel on October 21, Bobby Lashley and Goldberg are set to continue and likely culminate their feud as they go one-on-one in a No Holds Barred match.

In an interview with CarCast, Goldberg explained that while the knee injury that he suffered over the summer is much better than it was after he had surgery, he isn't 100% healed yet.

This means that the former Universal Champion will be working his match with Bobby Lashley will not be 100% healthy, saying:

“Knee’s much better. Hopefully it’ll be – I won’t be completely healed by then but it’ll be, suffice to say, in good enough shape to kick Bobby’s ass. Let’s just say that.”

This match isn't in any doubt, thankfully, as Goldberg has said that his knee will be in good enough condition to "kick Bobby Lashley's ass" in Saudi Arabia.

Considering reports have indicated that Saudi Arabia shows make Goldberg a considerable amount of money, it's not too surprising to hear that he was eager to make the event.

Elsewhere on the card for Crown Jewel, Brock Lesnar challenges Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship, while Edge and Seth Rollins collide in a Hell in a Cell match.

The show will also see the finals of both the King of the Ring and Queen's Crown tournaments, with Xavier Woods and Shayna Baszler the favourites to win their respective tournaments.

You can watch Goldberg vs. Bobby Lashley on October 21 at WWE Crown Jewel in the US on Peacock and here in the UK on the WWE Network.
