The Jacksonville Jaguars beat the Miami Dolphins at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon.Here's seven things we learned from the game...

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS FINALLY WIN

The Jaguars went into the game having not won in 20 games: The second longest winless streak in NFL history.

Their last victory came all the way back in week one of the 2020 campaign: a 27-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts.

But that unwanted streak is finally over.

MATTHEW WRIGHT HAS ICE IN HIS VEINS

There has been a competition between Matthew Wright and Josh Lambo in recent weeks for the kicking job in Jacksonville.

Both men travelled to London but it was the former who was given the nod to play.

That decision proved to be a wise one as Wright came up clutch late on in London.

The 25-year-old nailed a 54-yard field goal to tie the game with just under four minutes remaining. He then converted from 53 yards with the final kick of the game to win it for his side.

There's no doubt who will be Jaguar's kicker when they take on the Seattle Seahawks in a fortnight...

TREVOR LAWRENCE CONTINUES TO IMPROVE

Lawrence has had a tough start to life in the NFL but he continues to improve as every week goes by.

He completed 61% of his passes, threw for over 300 yards and turned the ball over just once in London.

Granted, the opposition wasn't great, but it was still a promising performance by the Jaguars quarterback.

URBAN MEYER EARNS AT LEAST ANOTHER WEEK

Jaguars' start to the season, combined with the well-publicised off-the-field issues, means there has been a lot of pressure on Meyer.

Many have been calling on the Jaguars to make a change but, with that victory, Meyer looks set to be the head coach for at least another game.

MIKE GESICKI IS GOING TO GET PAID

Gesicki has emerged into one of the best tight ends in the league over the past few years.

The 26-year-old enjoyed his best outing of the 2021 season in London, catching eight of his nine targets for 115 yards.

Gesicki is in the last year of his rookie contract and is set to hit free agency in 2022. Whether he stays in Miami or not, one thing is for certain: he is going to get paid.

WADDLE IS GOING TO BE A STAR

It was a disappointing result for the Dolphins but the performance of Waddle is one reason to be optimistic.

The wide receiver, who was taken sixth overall in the 2021 NFL Draft, had his best game yet as he caught 10 of his 13 targets for 70 yards and two touchdowns.

He looks set to be a star in the league for many years to come.

BOTH TEAMS WON'T MAKE PLAYOFFS 

To be honest, this isn't something we learned, more confirmation.

Both sides are now 1-5 for the 2021 season and it will take a big turn around for either franchise to make the playoffs.
