Nemanja Vidic will not be leaving Manchester United for any other club, according to his agent, with Silvano Martina claiming that transfer speculation surrounding the defender nothing more than a hoax.

“There is absolutely nothing true about the rumours,” he told FC Inter News.

“It is all a hoax set up by a Serbian journalist.

“I can assure you that Inter are not trying to take Vidic – in that case I would have made a call. They are also spreading speculation about a move to Anzhi, which is false.

“They persist, but I must ask this question: At this particular time, which player would leave Manchester United to go to Inter?”

Vidic has been at United since 2006, and the 30-year-old has amassed 13 trophies whilst at the club.

While he has been connected to moves to other clubs of late, Vidic’s agent has assured United fans that the star won’t be leaving the club for the long term future at least.
